The check-in process was chaotic and unorganized. My room was filthy, with blood stains on the sheets and a dirty bidet. I was left waiting an absurdly long time for simple requests, and the staff seemed clueless about how to resolve issues.

Had an awesome three-night getaway with my friends! We visited Hawa Mahal and the City Palace, both are just minutes away. The rooms were modern with great Wi-Fi, and the food was delicious, especially room service. Proximity to the airport was a bonus, making our travels easy. Just a heads-up, breakfast can be busy, but overall, it was a memorable stay.
One downside was the check-in experience. The reception staff was a bit unprofessional and it took longer than expected, which wasn't the best start to our trip.

The spacious Deluxe King Room was immaculately clean and comfortable, providing a restful retreat. Dining options were superb, featuring an impressive buffet with a wide array of choices, including regional dishes that were fantastic. While the staff were friendly and attentive, the overall environment felt slightly dated and needed some updates. The room could have benefited from better maintenance, specifically in the bathroom, which showed signs of neglect.
